BUY TICKETS ONLINE: To purchase tickets online, you need to first create an account if you have not already done so. If you have bought tickets online before, or if you have previously given Gateway your email address, then you will already have an account and need simply to login. If you don't know your password or you can't remember it, please enter your email address on the login page and select "Forgot My Pasword" to reset. Please note that if you do not receive an email confirming your purchase, your order has not successfully been processed.

NO REFUNDS: We are not able to cancel tickets after they have been booked; Gateway is not able to provide refunds.
NO FEES: Gateway does not charge service fees of any kind on our tickets. The price you see is the price you pay, regardless of how you buy.

GROUP RATES: Theatre is always better with friends! Gateway is a popular destination for schools, tour groups, retirement residences, and families. We offer discounts off tickets when you come in a group of ten or more, and we have flexible payment plans for groups of 20 or more.
