Musical Theatre Summer Camps

Gateway Academy - Musical Theatre
REGISTRATION NOW OPEN

Do it all—sing, dance, and act

In a fun supportive environment, these camps are a great way to try your hand at acting, singing and dancing! Students build confidence as performers, building to presentations at the end of camp.

Through week-long half-day camps, Musical Theatre Intro students (ages 6-7) will be working towards an Open Studio where family and friends are invited to get a taste of what makes theatre fun and exciting, as well as share in the work that the students have been doing all week.

For Musical Theatre students aged 8-13, we are re-introducing a performance camp to celebrate Gateway’s 40th anniversary! The performance camp is for keen young people looking to experience the same process-focused training with added technical elements of costuming, props, and lighting. As students work towards presenting a final public performance, a technical and dress rehearsal day is included in the camp’s programming to give students a taste of how the magic of theatre comes together. Come sing, dance, and act your heart out!
