Mad Practice: Sanity Skills for Crazy Times
A mental health Zoom meet-up hosted by JD Derbyshire, creator of the hit show Certified.

When: Saturday, May 15 2021 at 1:00PM PST | Where: Zoom
How Long: 90 Minutes | How much: Pay what you can
Hosted by: JD Derbyshire

What’s burdening your brain, body and soul? With normalcy on hold, your mental wellbeing is more important than ever. Take a break from your day-to-day and come hang out with JD Derbyshire, performing artist and certified insane person, in a space where humour and grief can co-exist. JD will share their knowledge and facilitate discussion, and you can participate at your own comfort level—camera on or off, using text chat or your voice, taking a break whenever you need. It's a chance to feel things, share things, laugh at things, cry at things, and connect with fellow humans for a short while. We can't solve your problems, but hopefully we can lighten the load.
