Year-long and Sessional Payment information and Refund Policy

Year-long classes: Final payment is due on or before September 11, 2023. Refunds are available until September 29, 2023, after which no refunds are issued.

Fall Session classes: Final payment is due on or before September 11, 2023. Refunds are available until September 29, 2023, after which no refunds are issued.

Winter Session classes: Final payment is due on or before January 5, 2024. Refunds are available until January 19, 2024, after which no refunds are issued.

Refunds are subject to a 30% course withdrawal fee. Gateway Academy reserves the right to cancel any class due to situations beyond our control; a full refund will be issued in such cases.

Summer Payment Information and Refund Policy

Summer camps must be paid in full upon registration. Refunds are subject to a course withdrawal fee of 30% of the registration fee, and are available until one week prior to camp start, after which no refunds are issued. All payments are non-transferable between individuals. Gateway Academy reserves the right to cancel any program due to situations beyond our control; a full refund will be issued in such cases.

Program Cancellation

Gateway Academy reserves the right to cancel any program due to situations beyond our control. A full refund will be provided for any program that Gateway Academy cancels before the program start date. For cancellation of programs that occur after they have started, a pro-rated refund will be provided for classes that have not taken place.

Payment and Fees​​

Payment must be made in full upon registration. All payments are non-transferable between individuals. We accept all major credit cards. Gateway Academy is not responsible for students before and after class time. A $25 fee is charged for all late pick-ups. Specific terms and details will be supplied to parents of registered students.

Refunds due to COVID-19 

In the event that a Gateway Academy program is cancelled before classes start due to COVID-19 related reasons, a full refund will be provided. For cancellations that occur after the program has started, a pro-rated refund will be provided for classes that have not taken place.

No trial classes available. The Education Manager and Programs  Co-ordinator are available to families to answer questions and help them get a clear an understanding of what we offer.
